T8K Flight — Built by Tread and Torque

Tread and Torque built T8K Flight as a digital home for the brand, bringing its lifestyle experiences, events, partnerships, merchandise, memberships, and payments together in one platform.

Tread and Torque created a visual experience grounded in T8K Flight’s aviation and travel identity. The site uses its wing and globe logos, passport artwork, a navy, black, and gold palette, and imagery that presents the passports closed with their outer covers visible. Visitors can explore the brand through the home page, Experience Lounge, Sponsor Lounge, events, partnership information, press materials, and contact pages.

Tread and Torque built a working shop with eight offerings: the Essentials, Wellness, and Getaway Passports; High Tide Candle; Black Card membership; Travel Concierge; Travel Hoodie; and Signature Tee. Customers can browse by category, view product details, add items to a shopping bag, adjust quantities, see the amount due, and continue to checkout. The Signature Tee, Travel Hoodie, and Travel Concierge have working Add to bag controls, alongside the rest of the collection.

Tread and Torque set up Stripe payments for the shop, including separate test and live product mappings. One-time products use Stripe’s hosted checkout. The Black Card has a subscription flow with an enrollment charge and monthly billing. A Stripe webhook confirms completed payments and records orders in Base44. Tread and Torque tested the checkout flow in Stripe’s sandbox and verified that the published shop opens live Stripe checkout.

The platform also helps T8K Flight connect with and manage its audience. Visitors can join an experience waitlist, browse events and submit RSVPs, or send inquiries about sponsorships, partnerships, press, and private access. An administrative area supports lead and inquiry tracking, RSVP review, team access, and page SEO settings. Privacy and terms pages complete the customer-facing experience.
